This page is for Internship, Externship and Postdoctoral sites who wish to register for NYSPA's Annual Internship/Externship/Postdoctoral Fair on September 19, 2025. The 2025 Fair will be in-person.

Sites must register by September 5, 2025.

Please note that registration does not guarantee placement at the fair. The NYSPA office will email to confirm acceptance. Sites that will be representing multiple site types must submit multiple registration forms. Sites will be informed of the table size when acceptance is confirmed.  Space is limited and it will be first come/first serve.

If, after registering, you are no longer able to attend, please contact the NYSPA Office at nyspa@nyspa.org as soon as possible so we have a proper listing for attendees.

10:15 - 11:00 a.m. ET: Panel of Internship Directors

During this panel presentation, a panel of Internship directors will answer frequently asked questions as well as questions from the audience.

11:00 - 11:45 a.m. ET: Postdoctoral & Licensure Presentation

What happens after internship? In this presentation, learn about finding a post-doc, passing the EPPP, and what's required to get your license!

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. ET:  Internship, Externship and Postdoctoral Fair Opens
