NYSPA Membership Application

Welcome!

To begin the online application process, please review the membership category descriptions below and select yours at the bottom of this page.

NYSPA Membership is based on an annual calendar year from January 1 through December 31 and is activated upon approval. Membership is not prorated and does not roll into the following year. 

If you have any questions or need assistance, please call (518) 437-1040 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm or email nyspa@nyspa.org. Membership approval may take up to 2 weeks.

 

Member Classes

The following table lists NYSPA's primary membership classes.  A full list of membership benefits by class is available on the Member Benefits page.


 

Terms: Dues are non-refundable and membership is not transferrable. Except as limited above or by licensing requirements, the full rights and benefits of membership shall be available to each class. By signing NYSPA’s membership application, all applicants and members agree they subscribe to- and will support the mission and purpose of the Association as set forth in Article I of its Bylaws, policies, and the Ethical Principles of Psychologists and Code of Conduct, as adopted by the APA, and affirms that the statements made in the application correctly represent their qualifications for membership, and understands that if they do not, their membership may be voided. Full NYSPA Membership Policies can be found here.
