Course description:

Emotionally Focused Family Therapy & Trauma

This one-day training explores the application of EFFT with families facing the impact of trauma. You’ll deepen your clinical competencies and learn how to support family members in navigating traumatic histories and complex relational patterns. No prior EFFT training is required, making this an accessible entry point for clinicians new to the model. The training is live-online, and open to practitioners worldwide.

This workshop is an approved EFFT short course and counts toward the training requirements for EFFT Certification. Participants will also receive 6 CE hours- NYSED CEs are provided through TRIEFT Alliant for this one-day program.
