In a grief-avoidant culture, it can be difficult for clients to understand and process their emotions of loss. In this workshop, we will discuss death and non-death losses, as well as developmentally appropriate reactions to grief across the lifespan. We will also consider strategies for promoting healthy coping and fostering resilience in our clients and communities.
