Course description:
This one-day training explores the application of EFFT (Emotionally Focused Family Therapy) to adult family relationships — including conflicts, estrangement, or difficult dynamics among parents, siblings, or adult children. You’ll deepen your clinical understanding and practice skills for helping families restore emotional connection, resolve relational trauma, and build long-term resilience. No prior EFFT training is required, making this course accessible to clinicians new to the model. The training is live-online and open to practitioners worldwide.

This workshop is an approved EFFT short course and counts toward the training requirements for EFFT Certification. Participants will also receive 6 CE hours (TRI EFT Alliant CEs provided).

Please note: While this event is being promoted by NYSPA, it is not an official NYSPA Continuing Education (CE) event.
