Psychotherapy is a collaborative process. I help individuals and couples promote effective communication, mutual understanding, and emotional growth. With understanding of relationships and patterns of living, people can be empowered to make better choices. Improving coping skills and relationships may lessen anxiety and depression. Emotional well being is essential to good health. I am concerned about the impact of stress on physical well being. Clients learn stress management techniques which can reduce emotional stress, improve health and can strengthen the immune system. My goal is to help clients derive more satisfaction from relationships and live fully in the moment.
