List your event on NYSPA's website calendar and in NYSPA's Friday Flash. NYSPA's Friday Flash is an electronic newsletter that is emailed to members weekly; biweekly during the summer. 

REQUIREMENTS

Calendar listing and Friday Flash posting limited to 250 words each per submission.

DISCLAIMER

Email metrics, such as click-through data and analytics, are NOT shared. 

TIMEFRAME

Calendar listings published until the date of the event and are placed within 3 business days of submission. Friday Flash submission must be received by Wednesday noon for same-week issue. 

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Please note: All advertisements must be pre-paid. Ads received without payment by the deadline will not be placed. Display ads must be in PDF, JPEG, or WORD. Please contact the NYSPA office to submit your content: nyspa@nyspa.org

Copy & Contract Regulations:

Advertisements not arriving to specifications are subject to an additional production fee. Publisher is not liable for printing quality of ads not arriving to specifications. Advertisements that look, in the publisher's opinion, like the publisher's editorial pages will be marked "Advertisement."

Cancelations or changes in orders must be made in writing two week prior to closing date of issue. No conditions other than those set forth in this rate card shall be binding on the publisher unless agreed to in writing by the publisher.
