REQUIREMENTS

Classifieds limited to 250 words. Picture submissions submitted in JPG format, maximum file size of 1MB and picture size of 400 x 300 pixels. 

TIMEFRAME

Classified postings run for 31 days and placed online within 3 business days of submission.

Please note: All advertisements must be pre-paid. Ads received without payment by the deadline will not be placed. Display ads must be in PDF, JPEG, or WORD. Please contact the NYSPA office to submit your content: nyspa@nyspa.org

Advertisements not arriving to specifications are subject to an additional production fee. Publisher is not liable for printing quality of ads not arriving to specifications. Advertisements that look, in the publisher's opinion, like the publisher's editorial pages will be marked "Advertisement."

Cancelations or changes in orders must be made in writing two week prior to closing date of issue. No conditions other than those set forth in this rate card shall be binding on the publisher unless agreed to in writing by the publisher.
