10:00 a.m. ET: Welcome

10:15 - 11:00 a.m. ET: Panel of Internship Directors

During this panel presentation, a panel of Internship directors will discuss the internship application process and answer frequently asked questions as well as questions from the audience.

What happens after internship? In this presentation, learn about finding a post-doc, passing the EPPP, and what's required to get your license!

12:00 - 1:00 p.m. ET:  Internship, Externship and Postdoctoral Fair Opens

Registration:

Current NYSPA Members:
Registration is FREE for current student members of NYSPA. MEMBERS MUST BE LOGGED IN TO REGISTER AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE.

Non-Members:
Non-member students may apply the $35 registration fee towards membership in NYSPA. The registration form will serve as a membership application; it is not necessary to apply for membership first. All new applicants will be required to submit a Student Verification Form. Eligible new member students will receive membership in NYSPA for the remainder of 2024 and all of 2025. To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in a graduate psychology program, a post-doctoral re-specialization program, or in a college or university as undergraduate psychology majors.

The New York State Psychological Association will accept refund requests made in writing no later than Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Registration fees are not refundable after this date.

By registering for this New York State Psychological Association event, all registrants give their consent for photographs to be taken &/or presence recorded and possibly used on the organization’s intranet, internet, newsletters, board reports, and other organizational materials as needed, and understand they not eligible for compensation for use of their photo &/or presence recorded and may not be informed in advance of the specific use of those images.

Event registrant’s registration information may be shared with event organizers who are NYSPA Members for the purpose of communicating information related to the event. If you do not wish to have your information shared, please alert the NYSPA Office by emailing nyspa@nyspa.org immediately after you register. Be sure to include your name and the name and date of the event. Please note, NYSPA is required to provide registrant names, email addresses and license information to event organizers if the applicant is applying for CE credits.
