The publications of NYSPA are published for and on behalf of the membership to advance psychology as a science, as a profession, and as a means of promoting human welfare. The Association, therefore, reserves the right to unilateraly REJECT, OMIT or CANCEL, advertising which it deems to be not in the best interest of these objectives, or which by its tone, content, or appearance is not in keeping with the essentially scientific, scholarly and professional nature of its publications. Conditions, printed or otherwise, which conflict with this policy will not be binding on the publisher.
Display Advertising Rates
Prices are per insertion over a one-year period. An additional charge of $45 will be assessed for typesetting for non-camera-ready copy. Discounts apply only when multiple insertions are requested in one order. Payment must accompany the Advertiser Submission Sheet.

Classified Advertising
The NYSPA Notebook is published bi-monthly. Minimum order is 3 lines, maximum 20 lines. 36 characters including spaces and punctuation per line. Advertisement submitted for the Notebook will be published line for line and cannot be altered.
Web advertising is published on the NYSPA Web site for 31 days from approval of the submission. Maximum length is 350 characters. Ads are accepted through the automated online system only. Click here to submit an online advertisement.
Advertisements for the NYSPA Notebook are due the 15th two months prior to the issue date (i.e. Jan 15 is the deadline for the March/April issue).

Convention Exhibit/Sponsorship Opportunities
Exhibits are a vital source of information for our convention attendees who work in government, not for profit and proprietary institutions, agencies, private practice, psychological service centers, consulting firms and universities.

Mailing List Requests
Cost is $500 for whole or partial list. Payment and sample copy must accompany the Mailing List Rental Form. A List is provided for a one time use only and is to be used exclusively for the purpose specified in your request. "Decoy" names are included in the list to serve as a monitor against unauthorized use. The List may not be reproduced, photocopied, entered into a computer database or copied in handwritten format without the express written permission of NYSPA. Violators are subject to prosecution under federal and state copyright laws.
