Leadership today is more important than ever with 21st Century’s rapid changes and challenges in the way we work, do business, and function in organizational settings. Leadership models need to be less ethnocentric, non-sexist, and more diverse, yet leadership research seldom incorporates diversity.
This conference helps to prepare leaders for change, diversity, and skills to be relevant and effective now and into the future.
